Let’s be honest—some mornings feel like a race against the clock. Between pumping, trying to get you and the baby dress, eat breakfast, and maybe even squeezing in a few mins prep talk, it’s easy to skip out on ourselves.
But mama, you deserve to feel good—and sometimes, that starts with a little blush and some gloss.
This 5-minute makeup routine is for the busy moms who still want to feel put together without spending forever in front of the mirror. It’s quick, beginner-friendly, and uses products that multitask just like we do.
Step 1: Start with a Tinted Sunscreen or Skin Tint
Think of this as skincare + coverage in one. I go for something lightweight that hydrates, evens out my complexion, and still lets my skin breathe.
My Go To: Fenty Beauty Hydra Vizor Huez Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum Mineral Spf 30 Sunscreen
Step 2: Conceal The Under Eye
I dab a bit of concealer under my eyes and let it dry down a little. While I do that I move on to my blush.
Tip: Use a damp beauty sponge if you have one handy—it makes everything melt into the skin.
Step 3: Cream Blush
If there’s one thing I don’t skip, it’s blush. A creamy formula on the cheeks and under corner of my eye.
Bonus: Cream blush blends with fingers or a brush and looks so natural.
Step 4: Blend + Quick Brows + Mascara
I go back to my undereye and blend and set with powder. Next I go to my brows even if you just brush them up and fill in sparse spots.
Optional: If you have an extra 10 seconds, add blush to your lids.
Step 5: Gloss
I finish with gloss on my lips and bam lets go honeyyyyyyy.
The Real Win?
This routine takes me 5 minutes flat, whether I’m heading out the door or just wanting to feel a little more me after a long night of feeding every 3 hours.
Remember: it’s not about perfection—it’s about feeling like the best version of you, even on the busiest days.
